SJS Stair and Millwork only works with real wood. Never MDF. On this page you will find an order form for measurements and check out our knife profiles. Chances are we already have a knife for your existing stairs, hand rails, crown moulding, base boards, base board caps or door and window casing, but if not, yes we make custom knives too and will custom make your radius stairs, radius hand rails, radius crown moulding, radius base boards, radius base board caps, radius door casing and radius window casing.
Samples are preferred, but not necessary if we have the knife. We prefer to measure radius hand rail and stairs ourselves to make sure it will fit at install.
How to measure for Radius Windows
Please don't guess. Use a measuring tape.
For radius windows, we need to know the answer to all of the measurements on the order form you can download below. Radius Stairs and Hand Rail we will need to come measure.
Order the casing, base boards, base board caps, hand rail, crown moulding by profile and box number found on our knife profile books on our website. Of course, if we haven't previously made the same profile, we will make the knife.
